- Return phone calls same day.
- Respond to client letters/faxes/e-mails within 5 working days.
- Respond to third party letters within 10 working days.
- Ensure draft Accounts are sent to clients within 5 weeks of receipt of records or following a site visit. Final Accounts to be issued within 3 working days of signature by client.
- Tax Returns to be processed and returned within 4 weeks of receipt of information or a request for further information sent within this period.
- Personally thank any client paying within 14 days.
- Thank clients, in writing, for all referrals.
In every circumstance, where we are unable to meet these objectives, we will communicate this promptly to the client.
